Spa Policies
Booking spa appointments
Peak hours are often late afternoons and weekends, so book as far ahead as possible in order to ensure getting the particular time, day and therapist you want. A credit card or gift certificate is required to reserve all spa services.
Arrival time
We suggest that you arrive 10 min before your scheduled appointment. If you are a first time client, a profile will be completed prior to your spa service.
Late arrivals
We regret that late arrivals may not receive an extension of scheduled service times and you will be responsible for the full service price.
Cancellations
Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment. This gives us enough time to fill the slot. "No Shows" and late cancellations will be charged in full for the treatment scheduled.
Children
12 years is the minimum age requirement for services. Children under 12 are not permitted in the service area or treatment rooms. Please arrange for childcare prior to your visit.
Quiet Please
Out of consideration for Camilla's guest, please mute pagers and cell phones and speak softly.
Eating and drinking
Try not to eat for at least one hour prior to your service, and avoid the consumption of alcohol. Drink plenty of water before and after your service.
Modesty Issues
It is never required that you are unclothed in front of anyone at our day spa. There are private rooms for changing, towels and robes are provided for your convenience. Our therapists are well trained in the "art of draping" and will leave the treatment room while you are changing. You are fully covered at all times except the area of the body that is being worked on.
Pregnancy and medical conditions
Be sure to mention any medical information when you book your appointment. Certain treatments may not be advisable for you.
Gratuities
Your Spa service does not include gratuity. Between 15 and 20% is customary, but you may of course leave more or less depending on the level of service you receive. It is easiest to leave the tip at the front desk when you pay your bill. We will provide a small tipping envelope for your therapist
Returned check fee
If a check is refused by the bank, we will assess a $28.00 service charge.
